Where are your products made?

• Our sapo net sponges are handmade in the Ashanti region of Ghana.
• Our body butters are made in the USA with ingredients that are sourced globally.

Are your products vegan?

• Yes! Our body butters are vegan.

How long will my order take to ship out?

• The standard processing time is between 3-5 business days, excluding holidays.
• Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email with your tracking information.
• We provide free shipping on orders above $50. 

Can I exchange or return a product?

• Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept exchanges or returns. All sales are final. If a product happens to arrive damaged, please reach out to us within 48hrs of receipt and we will gladly assist you!

Do you offer international shipping?

• Currently, we only ship within the United States.
